1. I/We understand and agree that registration of my child does not guarantee her/his admission in the school and that registration fee or any
other fee is neither transferable nor refundable. The Transfer Certificate has to be attached in original. Re-registration is not allowed.
Admissoin on this registration form is not valid if the fee is not paid with in 7 days of the finaliztion of admission. |

(b) Hereby certify that the date of birth and spellings of the name of my child given in this form are correct to the best of my
knowledge and I shall not make any request for changes in either. |

(c) Understand that till the Birth Certificate and Transfer Certificate of the child is not deposited, his/her admission will be deemed
provisional. |

(d) Understand that once admitted, the child will not be entitled to refund of fee deposited, except caution money, irrespective of
when the child was admitted, in case I / we wish to withdraw him/her. |

(e) Understand that the admission fee of is non refundable and that registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is given
only when a suitable vacancy exists and the child fulfills all the criteria of admission as per the school norms. |

(f) Have made satisfactory arrangements for remittance of school fees within due dates without waiting for a reminder from the
school. I will pay the school fee through crossed cheques/cash in favour of the Jayshree Periwal Pre School as per rules. |

(g) Certify that in case I do not claim the Caution Money paid by me for a period of six months after my ward leaves school /
hostel, my right over the refund of this amount will stand forfeited. The caution money will refunded only after original
receipt of the same in produced. |

(h) Understand that rendering false or misleading information or withholding correct information may disqualify the child for
admission to this school. |
|
(i) Having read carefully the rules, regulations and procedures laid down in the School Prospectus, we are desirous of having our
child/ward educated in Jayshree Periwal International School, Jaipur. I hereby agree to abide by them in all respects. I
understand that the decision of the management of the school shall be final and binding upon me/us. |

3. I do understand that |

(a) The New Academic Year begins in April each year |
|
(b) The Composite Fee does not include Uniforms, text books, annual camps, additional subject support/individual activity, tuition
(if applicable), off campus sports/ activities. |

(c) Payments arriving after expiry of Pay By Date shall attract Late Fee Payment @ Rs. 50/- per day. |
|
(d) Though the Fee is denominated in INR, Parents falling under the NRI Fee Category need to pay the same in equivalent foreign
currency based on the exchange rate in force at the time of payment. |

(e) I understand that children while running, playing commuting or going on excursions and trips may get physically injured/hurt
over which the school may not have control and for that the school will not be liable for such incidents. The school will not be
responsible for the child beyond the exit gates. |

(f) I understand that the school is a place where discipline is very important and the school has to take some measures to enforce
discipline. We shall abide by the decision and action of the school in the matters pertaining to discipline. |

(g) It is understood that tuition fee of the School is payable quarterly and not monthly. As such, if my ward attends school for a
single day in a quarter (April, July, October and January), the fee for the entire quarter will be charged. |

(h) The fee structure may change yearly as per the decision of the School Management Committee. |
|
(i) The school retains the right to determine the fee slabs and the fee payment structure. |
|
(j) I understand that Mobile phones, I Pods, expensive gadgets, valuables etc. are NOT PERMITTED. School is not responsible
for their loss and if found with the students, will be confiscated & not returned. |

(k) Any fee changes will occur from April month every year. |

4. The school shall not be responsible for |
|
(a) A deliberate or intentional act done by the student which results in death or injury. |
|
(b) Any injury to the student on account of accident or mishap on account of any kind of rash and negligent act including driving of
motor vehicle by himself or vehicle carrying him/her and driven by some one else. |
|
(c) Any injury caused to the student while playing, running, and engaged with peers and any activity or due to the act of nature or
otherwise during normal course of his/her studying or attending the school. |

(d) The student bunking from the school and thereafter watching movie, joining, associating or mixing with antisocial elements,
drug traffickers and thereby invoking the provision of I.P.C and Cr. P.C. |

(e) If the student, out of despair and disgust, injures or tries to injure him/her-self. |

(f) Any natural or manmade mishap or untoward happening takes place during picnic, outing, educational tours travels,
sightseeing, school functions and alike. |
|
(g) Sustaining injury or loss of life and property on account of acts of indiscipline or quarrel amongst students inside and outside
the school. |
|
(h) Any secret meeting with the student by divorced spouse, in the school premises or outside while enroute to /from school. |

5. We Shall |

(a) Maintain dignity and decorum while interacting with the principal/ class teacher/ subject teacher and any other staff. |

(c) I am aware that my ward might be going for Inter School Activity/ Workshops/Competition/Field Trips/Sports Meet. I hereby
readily agree that I shall not have any problem in sending him for the same. |
